How to JOIN

Our membership is open from March 1st until  April 30rd.

Whether you are an experienced racer, a leisure cyclist or an absolute beginner we have different group spins each week to accommodate everyone.

Training spins leave from outside APOS (H91PH66) in the Westlink Industrial Estate, Oranmore (opposite the Maldron) every Sunday morning at 9 AM (8:30 AM during Spring/Summer). There are normally four groups, to cater for the varying abilities. Routes and distances are normally communicated through the club's social media channels the night before. Non-members are allowed to take part in up to 3 club spins and they will be covered for insurance provided they sign in officially before each spin. After 3 spins the non-member will need to take out membership or they will not be covered for insurance.

There is also a Wednesday evening club spin during Spring/Summer which caters for all abilities and is at a pace that suits all riders, regardless of ability. This is the ideal opportunity to come along, cycle in a group, get some exercise and make new friends. This spin leaves from behind the Brothers of Charity carpark, Clarinbridge, H91K2E9, every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM. So just get in touch through email or Facebook and we can answer any questions you may have.
